Draft Beer Line Cleaning and Draft System Service in the South Loop
The South Loop stretches south from downtown between the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. Its northern blocks, including Printer's Row, belong to the Loop community area, which ends at Roosevelt Road, and the neighborhood continues south of Roosevelt into the Near South Side. Grant Park and the lakefront Museum Campus, home to the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium and Adler Planetarium, line its eastern side, with Soldier Field just to the south.
Its bars and restaurants are scattered across distinct pockets: Printer's Row, where old printing plants along Dearborn Street became lofts; the high-rise and loft blocks along Wabash, Michigan and Indiana avenues; the Motor Row District, a former strip of auto showrooms on South Michigan Avenue; and the hotels around McCormick Place. Jazz and blues clubs, breweries, rooftop bars, dive bars and a wide range of restaurants are all part of the mix, and the Prairie Avenue District's surviving mansions recall the area's Gilded Age.
Event days shape the work here. A home game at Soldier Field, a show at Wintrust Arena or a large convention at McCormick Place can bring a surge to bars that are quieter the rest of the week. We keep South Loop systems clean and balanced, make sure gas supply and cooling can keep up with a rush, and install and service systems for hotels, restaurants and event spaces.

Common questions
We're building out a new bar near McCormick Place. Should we plan for more taps than we need now?
It is worth considering. Extra lines in the trunk, spare faucet positions on the tower and some headroom in the glycol chiller are far easier to include during construction than to add once walls and ceilings are closed. That leaves room to grow without rebuilding the system. Planning before walls close.
Does your coverage include Printer's Row?
It does. Printer's Row and the rest of the South Loop north of Roosevelt Road sit in the Loop community area, and the blocks south of Roosevelt are in the Near South Side. Both are inside city limits. Our Chicago page.
