Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
This policy explains what information Atlas Draft Beer Services ("we" or "us") collects through this website and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect:
- Your name, business name, city and email address
- Your phone number, if you provide it
- The number of taps at your location, if you provide it
- Your message, if you write one
- Who services your draft system today, if you tell us
Along with the form, we receive the page you sent it from and a few details about how you first reached the site during that visit: the first page you landed on, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters or a Google Ads click ID). These details are held in your browser's session storage and are cleared when the browsing session ends, usually when you close the tab.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site, such as the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, approximate location, and how the visitor arrived. When a form is submitted, we record that a submission happened along with the page and service area. We do not send your name, email, phone number, business name, tap count or message to Google Analytics.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry and to contact you about draft beer services. We use analytics information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on two companies to process information on our behalf:
- Formspree receives and delivers contact form submissions (Formspree privacy policy).
- Google provides website analytics (how Google uses information from sites that use its services).
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, the information we hold may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity as part of that transaction.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required to keep ordinary business records.
Privacy requests
To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, send a request through our contact form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
