Draft Beer Line Cleaning and Draft System Service in Hanover Park

Hanover Park is about 30 miles northwest of Chicago, in the southwest portion of the Golden Corridor, the growth corridor that follows I-90 northwest from O'Hare. It straddles the Cook-DuPage county line: the village began entirely in Cook County, annexed DuPage farmland in 1969, and by the 2020 Census a little under half of its residents lived on the DuPage side. Schaumburg, Streamwood, Bartlett, Roselle, Bloomingdale and Carol Stream surround it.

Restaurants line Irving Park Road, Lake Street, Barrington Road and Army Trail Road, where pubs, a sports pub and pizzerias share the strip with Mexican, Latin American, South Asian, Mediterranean and Asian kitchens. The Metra station on the Milwaukee District West line, at Lake Street and Barrington Road, is the focus of the village's Village Center plan, which has buried overhead utility lines, built a civic plaza and put new zoning in place to bring a downtown to the blocks around the station.

From a pub with a handful of taps to a sports bar running every line during a big game, Hanover Park's draft systems get the same attention from us: cleaning on a regular schedule, balancing lines that pour unevenly, and service for coolers, gas and glycol. For new restaurants around the Village Center, we can plan the draft system in from the start.

Hanover Park, in both Cook and DuPage counties, is part of our suburban Cook County service area. See the Cook County page.

Common questions

Our restaurant is on the DuPage side of Hanover Park. Is it covered?

Yes. We work throughout the village, Cook side and DuPage side alike, and the service is the same either way. The neighboring DuPage towns are part of our DuPage County service area. Our DuPage County page.

Some of our taps pour fine while others foam. What does that point to?

When the problem is limited to certain taps, the cause is usually specific to those lines rather than the whole system: a pressure setting that does not suit that beer, a line that is too short or too long for its run, a kink, or a worn faucet. A beer carbonated differently from the rest can also foam at a pressure that works for everything else. Checking each problem line on its own narrows it down. Repair and troubleshooting.
