Draft Beer Line Cleaning and Draft System Service in Carol Stream
The Ross Ferraro Town Center on Gary Avenue is Carol Stream's public gathering spot, a landscaped space with reflecting ponds, a fountain and a grass amphitheater where the village holds a free summer concert series. The village is in north-central DuPage County, bordered by Bartlett and Hanover Park to the north, Bloomingdale and Glendale Heights to the east, Glen Ellyn and Wheaton to the south, and Winfield to the southwest.
Restaurants and shopping centers sit along the main roads, including Gary Avenue, Army Trail Road and North Avenue (Illinois Route 64), and a small center with restaurants stands near the Town Center off Lies Road. Carol Stream also has a large industrial base, with business parks and warehouse and manufacturing space along corridors such as Lies Road.
In shopping-center restaurants and neighborhood bars, kegs often sit in a back-room cooler or under the bar, close to the faucets. Short direct-draw runs like these are simpler than a long-draw system, but they still need regular cleaning, correct pressure and a cooler that holds temperature. We take care of that for Carol Stream businesses, along with repairs, glycol work where a system has it, and new installations.

Common questions
We switched a tap to a different beer and now it pours differently. Why?
Beers are carbonated to different levels, and each one needs a gas pressure that holds its carbonation at your cooler's temperature. Putting a new beer on a line without checking the pressure can leave it foaming, or slowly going flat in the keg. Rebalancing that line for the new beer usually solves it. CO2 and beverage gas.
Our glycol chiller sits in a small, warm room. Is that a problem?
It can be. A chiller works by getting rid of heat, so a cramped or hot space makes it run harder and can leave beer warm at the tap on busy nights. A clean condenser and room for air to move around the unit help. Sometimes the better answer is moving the chiller. Glycol chiller service.
