Draft Beer Line Cleaning and Draft System Service in Schaumburg
Schaumburg is about 30 miles northwest of Chicago and 11 miles west of O'Hare International Airport. Hoffman Estates runs along its western side, Palatine and Rolling Meadows are to the north, Elk Grove Village is to the east, and Roselle, Hanover Park and Streamwood line its southern and southwestern edges. Woodfield Mall helped make the village a regional shopping destination, and much of its dining has grown up nearby, with restaurants along Golf Road across from the mall and out toward Meacham Road.
The convention side of town is near Meacham Road, where the Schaumburg Convention Center connects directly to its own hotel, with entertainment venues close by. Farther south, at the old crossroads of Schaumburg and Roselle Roads, Town Square sits inside the Olde Schaumburg Centre historic district and serves as the village's downtown, home to the public library, concerts and a farmers market. The Schaumburg Boomers play independent league baseball at the village-owned ballpark on Springinsguth Road.
Draft accounts in Schaumburg run from convention-area hotels to the national chains and independent restaurants around the mall and the taverns and sports bars out in the neighborhoods. We keep those systems on a regular cleaning schedule, track down foamy or flat pours, look after the glycol and gas behind long-draw setups, and install or expand systems as new restaurants open across the village.

Common questions
Do you cover Town Square and the older part of the village, not just the Woodfield area?
Yes. Our Schaumburg coverage takes in Town Square, in the Olde Schaumburg Centre district at Schaumburg and Roselle Roads, along with the restaurants around Woodfield Mall and Golf Road, the convention center area near Meacham Road, and taverns and sports bars across the village's neighborhoods.
We're a chain location with our own corporate standards. Can your cleaning records work with them?
Each visit is logged with the date and signed by the technician who did the cleaning, which is what Illinois requires. If your company also uses its own checklist or log format, tell us what it asks for and we can look at matching it.
The bar in our new restaurant will sit across the dining room from the walk-in. Do we need glycol?
Not always. Over a moderate distance, an air-cooled long-draw system blows cold air from the cooler through an insulated duct around the beer lines. Longer runs, or routes through warm spaces such as a ceiling above the kitchen, usually call for glycol. The right answer depends on the distance and the route, and it is easiest to settle before the floor plan is final. Draft system design.
