Draft Beer Line Cleaning and Draft System Service in Streamwood

Streamwood is about 33 miles northwest of Chicago, with O'Hare roughly 15 miles due east. It borders Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Hanover Park and Bartlett, and both Barrington Road and Route 59 run north from the village to I-90.

Irving Park Road (Route 19) divides the village east to west and has shopping centers along it, and more centers sit on Bartlett Road, on Barrington Road, the main north-south route, and on Route 59 at the village's western edge. Hoosier Grove Park on Irving Park Road is home to the Summer Celebration, held the last full weekend of July, and the Park District runs the Hoosier Grove Barn as a banquet facility. The village also owns Streamwood Oaks Golf Club, whose clubhouse is sized for small gatherings.

Shopping-center restaurants and bars often run compact draft setups: a keg cooler under the bar, or a small walk-in a few steps from the taps. Short systems skip the trunk line and glycol of a long-draw, but their lines, faucets and couplers collect buildup on the same timeline. We keep Streamwood accounts on a regular cleaning schedule, find and fix gas leaks and pressure problems, replace worn faucets and couplers, and install or update systems when a space changes hands.

Streamwood is part of our suburban Cook County service area. See the Cook County page.

Common questions

Our taps run off a keg cooler under the bar. Does a short system need the same service as a big one?

The cleaning interval is the same, and so is the work at each tap: lines cleaned from coupler to faucet, and faucets and couplers taken apart and scrubbed. What differs is the rest of the system. A direct-draw cooler has no trunk line or glycol chiller to maintain, but its temperature and door seals matter more, because the cooler alone keeps the beer cold. Beer line cleaning.

Do you cover the shopping centers on Barrington Road and Route 59 as well as Irving Park Road?

Yes. Our Streamwood coverage includes the centers along Irving Park Road, Bartlett Road and Barrington Road, Route 59 on the village's western edge, and the banquet and golf facilities in between.
